SiberJedi ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile applications may collect, use, and protect information.
This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published by SiberJedi, including but not limited to:
Our applications may collect limited information automatically through third-party services for analytics, crash reporting, advertisements, and app functionality.
We may automatically collect certain information including:
We do not directly collect personal information such as your name, address, or phone number.
We may also use network connectivity information to ensure proper application functionality and deliver online features.
Our applications may request permissions such as Internet access, network state, foreground service, wake lock, advertising identifiers, and Google Play licensing verification solely to provide core functionality, advertisements, analytics, and platform services.
Our applications may use third-party services that collect information to improve functionality and user experience.
Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in our applications. AdMob may use advertising identifiers and cookies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

Where required by law, our applications show a consent message from Google's User Messaging Platform before any advertisement is requested. No ad request is sent until you have made a choice.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the Privacy options entry in the in-game Settings screen.
Google Play Billing
Some of our applications offer optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or any other payment credentials.
policies.google.com/privacy →
To deliver a purchase and to restore it on a new device, our applications receive a purchase receipt issued by Google Play. That receipt is verified on your own device and is not sent to any server operated by us.
Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand how our games are played so we can improve them. It records in-game events (such as app opens, session length, level starts and completions, and in-app purchase events), together with device model, OS version, app version, language, approximate location (country/region) and a random app instance ID. This data is pseudonymous: it is not linked to your name, email or phone number, and we do not sell it.

Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports so we can find and fix bugs. A crash report contains the crash log, device model, operating system version and the app's state at the time of the crash, together with a random Crashlytics installation ID. Crash data is not used for advertising.

Our applications may integrate Google Play Services for game functionality and platform-related services.

Android Privacy Sandbox
Our applications may use Android Privacy Sandbox technologies (such as Topics API and Attribution Reporting) to support advertising, attribution measurement, and privacy-preserving ad experiences on supported Android devices.
We use the information described above only to:
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) applies, we process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping our games stable and improving them (analytics and crash reports) and, for personalized advertising, on the basis of your consent given through the consent message described above.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers listed in this policy.
Google Firebase, Google AdMob and Google Play process data on Google's servers, which may be located outside your country, including in the United States. This section applies to Chainquake and all other applications published by SiberJedi.
Our applications store game progress on your own device. We do not operate user accounts and we hold no copy of your progress.
How to delete your data:
What is kept, and for how long:
SiberJedi uses a private publishing tool ("SiberJedi Publisher") to upload our own promotional videos and images to our own accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. When we connect our own account to the tool, the platform gives us an access token and basic account information (such as the account's open ID, display name and avatar). This information is used only to publish our own content and to check the status of those posts. It is stored securely on our own server, is never sold or shared with third parties, and is deleted when the connection is revoked. The tool does not access, collect or publish data of any other TikTok user.
