These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the games, applications, websites and tools published by SiberJedi ("we", "our", or "us"), including Chainquake, Soul of Hero, Daki In Space, Keycap Kingdom, CoreDrop and our internal social media publishing tool. By downloading, installing or using any of them you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our games on your own devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute our games, or use cheats, exploits, automation or modified clients.
Some games offer optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play and show advertisements. Purchases are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
We operate a private publishing tool ("SiberJedi Publisher") that posts our own promotional videos and images to our own accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. The tool is used only by SiberJedi for its own accounts; it is not offered to the public and does not publish on behalf of other users. Use of each platform through the tool is also governed by that platform's own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service.
All games, artwork, music, videos, trademarks and other content are owned by SiberJedi or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Our games and tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiberJedi is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of our products.
We may suspend or end your access to our games or online features if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our products at any time by uninstalling them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
